How do I register for the auction?
1. Enter your phone number or email address in the box above and click the "GO" button.
2. Complete all required fields including your name, address, and credit card information.
3. Click "Submit" button.
4. Check your text messages for a one-time login code.
5. Enter your login code and click "Next" and then "Continue" buttons.
I've already registered. How do I sign into my account?
1. Enter your phone number or email address in the box above and click the "GO" button. It will automatically recognize the phone number or email as previously registered.
2. Check your text messages for a one-time login code.
3. Enter your login code and click "Next" and then "Continue" buttons.
When does the auction close?
The anticipated close time for the silent auction is Friday, December 6 at approximately 9:00pm. However, you will receive a text message to alert you when there are approximately 10 minutes left to bid.
I am attending the event. Where do I pick up items if I win?
For in-person attendees, auction items can be picked up just outside of the ballroom starting at approximately 9:30pm. The FARA Energy Ball is unable to provide delivery.
I am not attending the event. How will I receive the items if I win?
For those bidding remotely, we will make efforts to arrange for pick-up of your items in the Tampa Bay region. If shipping is necessary, you may incur shipping charges for oversized or heavy items.
How do I finalize payment for auction items, donations, and purchased items/experiences?
At the close of the silent auction, your card on file will be charged for auction items, donations, or purchased items/experiences. All silent auction items must be paid for the evening of the event. All live items must either be paid for the night of the event or an agreement arranged for payment within 30 days of the event.
Can I pay another way than a credit card?
If you wish to pay by check or another method, please call 484-879-6160 prior to the event or visit the cashier desk at the event.

Each accepted oral or electronic bid obliges the highest bidder to pay the bid price in full by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. At the close of the silent auction, you will be sent a link to self-checkout for auction items, donations, or purchased items/experiences. On Monday, September 29, at 3:00 PM Eastern, unpaid balances will be charged to the card on file.
To ensure more of your contribution goes towards our mission, an optional 3.5% donation will be added to contributions made by credit card. You may opt out of this donation during the self-checkout process or you can arrange another form of payment by informing FARA staff at the event, by emailing info@curefa.org, or by calling 484-879-6160 prior to Monday, September 29, at 3:00PM Eastern.
All live items must either be paid for the night of the event or an agreement arranged for payment within 30 days of the event. Cashiers will be located at the check-out table outside the Ballroom after the dinner program has started.
