About Our Event

The APSF “Red & Blue Cook For You” dinner party at Benihana's, 2365 Mansell Road, Alpharetta, GA, brings together residents, leaders, officials, and employees. Twenty firefighters and police officers will cook hibachi-style chicken, beef, and seafood for guests in a lively event. The dress code is business casual.

Proceeds for the Alpharetta Public Safety Foundation are generated through dinner ticket sales, donations, a silent auction, and a raffle. Silent Auction and Raffle items will be announced closer to the event date and open for bidding to all participants. Past items have included concert tickets, vacations, home goods, and shopping certificates.
