Run of Show
Saturday, March 1
- 6:00 PM – Cocktail Reception
- 7:00 PM – Welcome by Head of School, Chris Cunningham, Ph.D.
- 7:15 PM – Dinner
- 8:00 PM – Live Auction
- 8:30 PM – Tribute to Honoree by Board Chair, Ron Fox ’74
- 9:15 PM – Casino Night
- 10:00 PM – Silent Auction Closes
- 11:00 PM – Event Concludes
Cocktail Hour Locations
- Middle School Families – Koman Commons
- High School Families (9-11 grade)– Upper Schmitter Gallery
- Seniors, Faculty, Alumni, & Special Guests – Intellectual Commons (IC)
- Please note that we have combined the Faculty & Staff and Senior Parent cocktail receptions into one due to an uneven attendance rate, which made it difficult to maintain balanced reception sizes. Parents are welcome to attend the cocktail reception of their choice or more than one, as we know many parents have children in multiple grades.
Attending the Gala
Where Should I Park?
- Parking: Main parking lot is open, with overflow parking at Kirk Day School. Please avoid assigned sponsorship spots.
- Entrance: Enter through the main entrance.
What is the Dress Code?
Cocktail attire with a touch of green & white to show your Whitfield spirit!
Do I Need to Buy a Ticket in Advance?
Yes! Ticket sales have concluded at this time.
Silent & Live Auction
When Does the Silent Auction Close?
Saturday, March 1, at 10:00 PM
Do I Have to Attend the Gala to Participate in the Silent Auction?
No! Once registered on this site, you can bid from anywhere.
How Do I Register to Bid?
Click Login/Register at the top– Enter your phone or email to get started and begin bidding on Saturday!
Can I Bid on Live Auction Items If I’m Not Attending?
Yes! Contact Amanda Hazelwood at amanda.hazelwood@whitfieldschool.org in advance to set up a proxy bid.
How Will I Know If I Won an Auction Item?
Winning bidders will receive a text notification.
How Do I Pay for My Winning Items?
- Credit card payment ensures easy checkout. Enter your credit card when registering to bid.
- Want to pay another way? Contact Cindy Burch at cindy.burch@whitfieldschool.org.
When & Where Do I Pick Up My Items?
- Pickup Location: Barnes & Cole Alumni House
- Pickup Dates: March 4 & 5 | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Need alternative arrangements? Contact Laura Capio at laura.capio@whitfieldschool.org.
Casino Night
How Does Casino Night Work?
- Guests receive a $1,000 voucher in their packet at dinner. (Included in the price of your ticket)
- Cash the voucher in at any casino table to play.
- Play classic games like blackjack, roulette, craps, and poker.
- Cash out to win raffle tickets for a VIP parking spot or $500 cash!
Do I Need Real Money to Play?
No! Casino chips are provided, and no actual gambling is involved. You can purchase another $1,000 voucher for $50.
What Can I Win?
Trade in your winnings for raffle tickets for a chance to win fabulous prizes!
Additional Information
Can I Donate If I Can’t Attend?
Yes! Donations can be made here or by contacting the Development Office at development@whitfieldschool.org or by clicking Donate at the top of the screen.
Can I Share the Silent Auction With Others?
Yes! Anyone can bid but must register and enter a credit card first.
Auction Guidelines
✔️ All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
✔️ Pay attention to expiration dates & scheduling details.
✔️ Arrangements must be made by March 1, 2026, if no date is specified.
✔️ Vacation homes are non-transferable & restrictions must be honored.
✔️ Winning bidders are responsible for travel & incidental expenses unless otherwise noted.
