About WJA's Forum

The Women’s Executive Leadership Forum was developed in 2019 as a think-tank style convening of women leaders in the jewelry and watch industry. The purpose is to network, evaluate industry opportunities and solve business challenges.

We invite you to attend our special in-person fundraiser to support the industry and learn how to
unlock Gen Z’s buying potential for your business.

Thursday, October 27th, 9am - 1pm EDT
Bohemian National Hall | New York City
Special Ticket Price - $450

This year, in partnership with the Women’s Jewelry Association, Citizen Watch America launched a research study to ask GenZer’s about their relationship with jewelry and watches, and what it would take to secure a purchase.

Our 2022 keynote and panel discussion will uncover the behaviors, beliefs, attitudes, and drivers that motivate Gen Z consumers when considering jewelry and watch purchases and will benefit professionals in merchandising, marketing, consumer research, sales, and sustainability.

Did you know?:

  • Fine jewelry has the highest purchase intent rate among Gen Z
  • Your brand and its values are more important to Gen Z men than Gen Z women
  • Musicians are the influencers most followed by Gen Z women
  • They can’t yet afford high-end luxury, but they view watches as a long-term investment

Guest Speakers

The event will include a keynote presentation followed by a panel discussion with Gen Z participants and representatives from Citizen Watch America to ground the research with real-life examples and insights.
The panel discussion will also include an interactive Q&A at the end.
