Indiana BANKPAC
Indiana BANKPAC, the political action committee of the Indiana Bankers Association, is an independent, volunteer group whose membership consists of bank directors, officers, administrative personnel and others interested in the direction of the banking industry. It offers Indiana bankers a voice through campaign contributions. All contributions to the Indiana BANKPAC silent auction fundraiser are dedicated solely for political campaign support for individual candidates and committees for state legislative contests. Future Leadership Division
The IBA Future Leadership Division (FLD) is a platform to support the next generation of Indiana bankers. The mission of the FLD is to connect banking professionals within the IBA membership by providing education, networking and volunteer opportunities in order to develop and inspire leaders that will advocate and sustain the future of Indiana’s banking industry. The FLD is continuously seeking new members. Membership is free to all employees of IBA-member banks, and associate members also are eligible for membership. It is not intended exclusively for future bank presidents, CEOs or executive-level employees. The FLD believes that leadership happens at all levels and departments of the bank. FLD membership is not defined by job title, age, or management level, but for bankers who want to grow their leadership ability and be a leader in banking initiatives. Learn more.
