CASA Prom Details

7:00 p.m. - Prom kicks off with a DJ, dancing, cash bar and heavy hors d'oeuvres

Vote throughout the night for your favorite members of the prom court! CASA Prom Royalty will be crowned at 9 p.m.

Voting and Bidding Instructions

We are proud to announce that with the help of WEDO Charity Auctions, we are offering mobile bidding again this year. By using your smartphone or tablet, you can log in and bid on your favorite items or vote for your favorite court members from anywhere at any time. 

WEDO offers mobile auction technology, delivering real-time bidding updates to your mobile phone. You always know where you stand as the highest bidder or if it is time to bump up your bids to win that coveted item. 

Want to get a head start on your favorite items or vote for your favorite prom court member? Online bidding for the auction will open the week before the event, and prom voting is live now!

When you purchase your tickets, make sure that you encourage your friends to get registered in advance. This will allow for easier check-in and check-out at the event, and will also ensure that you have early access to the silent auction!

Next, you will receive a welcome text with your personal bidding link once the auction has gone live. Click the link and you are ready for the fun! DO NOT SHARE THIS LINK WITH ANYONE YOU DO NOT WANT PLACING BIDS UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT.

From our event site you can donate to your favorite prom court member, bid on any awesome auction items, and place general donations once you are logged in.

You can browse items and scroll through until you find the one you would like. To bid or view descriptions of the item click the blue BID or DETAILS button. From here you can place a fast bid which submits the next current bid, view details, or place a maximum bid so that the system bids on your behalf until it reaches your max.

Once you have been outbid on an auction item, you will receive notifications by text. Click the link to place another bid.

About CASA

Monroe County CASA is a volunteer-powered program which provides representation in juvenile court for child victims of abuse and neglect.

The program recruits, screens, trains, and supervises adult community members who volunteer their time to serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs), with full legal authority set forth by the State of Indiana.

CASA volunteers provide advocacy to child victims to ensure that they remain at the forefront of the court proceedings and find a safe, permanent home as quickly as possible.
