Auction Terms & Conditions
1.) All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are “as is.” 2.) Payments of $500 or less must be paid in full by credit card on the night of the auction. Winning bidders can check themselves out after the auction close or the credit card on file will be automatically charged. 3.) Payments of more than $500 can be paid by check or credit card. Payment is due within 14 business days of the auction close. 4.) Shipping charges (if applicable): Winning bidder will be responsible for the cost of shipping for some items. TOBA will contact the winning bidder with an invoice. Shipping must be paid within 14 days of invoice receipt or the credit card on file will be automatically charged. 5.) Local pick up: Some items may require local pick up and cannot be shipped. Items must be picked up within 30 days of the event. TOBA will contact the winning bidder to coordinate. 6.) Any item left unclaimed or unpaid, without prior arrangements, will be sold and proceeds will go to TOBA after 6 months. TOBA will make every effort to contact the winner before this time. 7.) Gift cards and certificates must be used within one year unless otherwise specified.
