All donations from the Indiana BANKPAC sweepstakes go directly to Indiana BANKPAC. The funds from the bipartisan Indiana BANKPAC are used to support individuals who support the banking industry and appreciate the value that Indiana banks provide in their communities. The suggested amounts are only suggestions, more or less than the suggested amounts may be given, and the amount given or the refusal to give will not benefit or disadvantage the individual being solicited. Federal law requires Indiana BANKPAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose federal contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. State law requires Indiana BANKPAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose state donations exceed $100 in a calendar year. Donations to BANKPAC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
